Every membership we offer lives on this page, with its own terms. What you read here is what you get, and what applied on the day you joined is what keeps applying to you.

What’s included
- Twelve member artifacts a year — one each month, each in its own numbered edition of 100, made for members and not sold publicly.
- A private monthly gathering — a members-only video call with the creator.
- Early access to selected releases — an advance window to claim or buy before public availability opens.
- A reserved number range — member copies are drawn from the reserve, not from public availability.
The terms of this membership
Price and billing period$1,000 per year, charged in advance, covering twelve months from the day you join.
Automatic renewalYour membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price and continues until you cancel. We show you the amount, the billing period, the renewal terms, and how to cancel before you are charged for the first time, and we email you a reminder before each renewal.
CancellationYou may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the year you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged after that. We do not refund the remainder of a year already paid for.
Places available100. This is a permanent cap and will never be raised. When all places are taken, the Club closes to new members until a place is given up. You may ask to join the waitlist through our contact form.
How benefits are deliveredMember artifacts are released one per calendar month and appear in your collection. The monthly gathering is scheduled by email in advance. Early access windows are announced by email before each eligible release.
What early access isEarly access is a head start, not a free copy. It means you may claim or buy before public availability opens. Where a release is paid, members pay for it like everyone else unless the release says otherwise.
What you keepEvery artifact you received as a member stays yours permanently, including after you cancel. What ends at cancellation is future benefits, not past ones. Your numbered copies stay registered to you.
SubstitutionWhere something included becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item or benefit of comparable value, and we will tell you when we do.
Ending a membershipWe may end your membership immediately, without refund, if you breach our Terms of Service. If we end it or discontinue the Club for any other reason, we refund the unused portion of your current year pro-rata.
Not an investmentA membership is a subscription to benefits. It gives you no ownership interest, equity, share, profit participation, or voting right in Winterwolf Enterprises, LLC or in Little Dark Why’s, and no promise that anything you receive will hold value.
What applies to every membership
The terms above are the specifics for that membership. They sit inside our Terms of Service, which is the framework that governs all of them — automatic renewal, cancellation, advance notice of price changes, what you keep, and when we may end a membership. Section 12 of the Terms covers all of it.
Where a membership’s own terms and the Terms of Service disagree, the membership’s own terms govern, for that membership only. The terms that apply to you are the ones published here on the day you joined. Adding, changing, or retiring a membership on this page is not a change to the Terms of Service.
